training

We train every Monday night during term time at Woldgate College between 5.30 and 6.30pm.

All that is required is a pair of trainers, a water bottle and a desire to have fun.  We use England Athletics resources to deliver programmes that include skills and drills, running techniques, race preparation (if required) and games.  Here’s a list of dates for the training sessions for the Autumn Term:
